Flight

The pages openAnd I flyTo other worldsAs words transportMe to universesThat manifested from The creative mind Of a personWho reaches acrossTime so thatThey can tellMe a story.
I am taken By the penThat is held In the handOf a personWith magical thoughts, and I landon a pageThat shows meThat true beautyExists in imagination. It tells me:Follow the ink.
I follow paths Of typewriter inkAnd I'm teleportedInto a placeI never could'veImagined to exist. Not in any Real worlds norThe imaginary ones. These places are so large, developedonly by letters.
The pages openAnd I soar,Joyous, above lifeAs I physically Know it as.Traveling between imaginationsOf different writersWho create charactersThat speak andBefriend me asI open theBook, and takeA leap of faithAnd they tellMe a story.
