a flower

you are so lovely

a flower opening its arms up to the sun

embracing its warmth

within a field

you are swaying in the wind

swish-swash swishing-swashing

away you float

up and up into the sky

away and away

goodbye, my beautiful bluebell

have a wonderful journey!

hello! my names margo :) - 17, they/it I’ve been writing poetry consistently for about a year now. Some of my favorite poets include (but are not limited to): Nakahara Chūya, Ocean Vuong, and Sappho! I don’t have a favorite type/style, but I do like poetry that speaks from the soul.
