Flower Child

Born in the spring time

Not many like me  a reflection of light

Pollinated by bees

Attracted to the sweet serenity

Energized by the sun

Children of all ages enjoy fun

As i walk through lush green meadows

Oh! Flower child catches my eye….

A reflection of light

The sight of a bright sun

Light to a dark morning

Smiles and Serene thoughts

Soft bristle glide against my thumb

Home to beautiful bees

Surrounded by laughter of children

Symbol of happiness

Delicate to the touch

Fully bloomed… Others bald

  System to the environmental

Unique from my cousins

Jealousy seeps within stems

‘Cause my sweet demeanor

Accessories to their hair

Other secluded from adventures

Oh! Flower child
