Flower Child

Dear Flower Child,

Flower Child tall with beautiful petals. That stand out above all the flowers in the meadows.Goes through life wearing a smile.  Hiding behind the oversized clothes so people won't see what's inside. Her heart begins to match her body blackened beyond disguises.  Every day at school spent with laughter.Little did they know what will happen the day after. She goes home to yelling and screaming. Just praying and wishing she was dreaming.  She hides it all never speaking a word. For if they knew they may not believe what they have heard. Soon her smile gets tighter and tighter.Flower Child no more, now a fighter. Sincerely,Yourself
