Flowing Passionately

poetry just flows forget all the prose no periods to hold me back just commas to pick up any slack when I get depressed Poetry lays my pain to rest No one understands So I begin to write with my hands Thinking of taking my own life Living with all this pain and strife wondering should I end it all But is it worth the downfall Trying to think of something new when crying is all I can do stay positive is what they tell me but they don't know my story Dad not there Mom don't care Putting on a fake smile that barely seems to last a while Poetry is my release Poetry brings me peace if it wasn't for such poetry Only god knows where I would be Poetry has saved my life Its inside of me dwelling, feeling, hoping for the next event for the next detriment so I can write these words So I can be heard someones listening someones breathing while they read every word
