Fly

I have always wanted to fly.

Way up into the sunny blue sky.

I would watch the birds go by,

and imagine flying that high.

All I have is what I spy.

I can only dream of a day in the sky.

Just watching, I can only sigh,

with a hope and a dream as the birds fly by.

But I will not cry,

I will continue to try,

To have my moment in the sky.

I have always and always will, want to fly.
