Fly
When I found you, you were broken.
Lost the said, never to be repaired they said.
You had such a beautiful mouth that was never to be spoken.
They said that is nothing but such a dread best left for dead.
I knew your heart needed a repair,
Therefore I came near over and over again.
When I realized that I was no help, I breathed a sigh of air.
I told you to let yourself glow, and slowly piece by piece it began.
Now you have left,
For reasons unknown.
It was as if your heart was left for theft,
I don’t want you to be left alone.
You were meant to shine,
You deserve to be heard.
The world needs to hear your chime.
Don’t let yourself go, just fly like a bird!
