Flying Free

My love for you was so profound

To you I was bound

You could never do no wrong

In your arms I belonged

Then one day,

You abused me and I was forced to stay.

My life has never been the same

Till you started playing your games.

I told myself it would be alright

My efforts could never fix the problem insight

I had to do what was best for me

And for that I had to flee

Leaving you was the best thing I’ve done

Now my new life has begun
