The Flying Kite

In the town outside our imaginations

Was a sky and in that sky

The color was blue

But not just any blue

It was the most beautiful blue

In the world

Everytime I think about the sky

It goes back into my mind

Or maybe it was just a disappear

It seemed like sparse choice

Of viewing the world around me

However I find that the world is

Lonesome itself.

One day I saw a kite in blue sky

It was a big kite with its large

Triangle shape, the cloth like

Texture. The silky smooth rope tied

Around its back.  It reminded

Me of the afternoons I used

To have. There was a kite

Flying in the distance of

The never-ending sky

Just waiting to caught by the ray

Of sunshine coming forth.

The last time I flew a kite

The sky was never this blue

Maybe it ended up raining

Causing me to differentiate

Between who I was

And who I will become.

Flying in the distance continuously

Amazes me of how life

Is so spontaneously moving

And for a minute just for minute

I lost who I was for a minute

From this interesting looking kite

As my kite rose higher into impossible

Blu that I thought about how we never

Should see our life in a light on a sky

To see a flying kite fly again.
