The fog won't clear

I'm a worthless freak

An unhinged tweak

The blood flows down pale skin

Rich and dark

I pull on the blue veins

To feel the pulse in my fingers

Sin falls from my lips

Pour out my pain and loss

I scream into the sky

Asking for reasons why

He stole my everything

Threw us into poverty

Pierce my skin with your needles

The noise won't stop

Save me from myself

They yell at me to drop

I claw away my pain

Hands wrap around my throat

Face down in the rain

I can't seem to clean the stains

I can stilll see the handprints

The dirt on my skin almost comes out

But I'll never truly come clean

Your poetry is so real, raw and alive. Your writing is your therapy and your way out.

Don't be negative. His love will have forgiven him, no one is free from sin.
