Follow Your Compass

It all started off with my Mother,

She was the only one I had beside my two older brothers

She taught us since we were young to follow our compass

Cause life can be so cruel and at times it makes you heartless

She said to use it when we're lost and don't know where to go

Use that compass in your chest to lead you home

Cause this world still hasn't ruined me yet

So she tells me to follow the compass and let it be one of the few things I never forget
