Follow Your Dream

There she goes,

Everyone's dreams.

That everlasting shine,

You want to acheive.

Up the hill she walks,

Tempting us to go,

Now we spill into lines,

Divided into rows.

Then Reality intervenes,

Like a jealous lover,

Hoping you fail,

Isn't she clever?

The journey gets hard,

Some of us fall.

But, it's still so tempting,

Through it all.

Your dreams forget the fallen,

Like crumpled leaves,

Those who give up,

Following her lead.
