Foolish

I've watched your broad shoulders stretch outward,

Listened to your beautiful quip of laughter,

Traced the flesh of your lower back,

And told you about my darkest moments.

You opened me up like the petals of a rose,

And licked sweet songs out from between my legs,

Touched my soul in ways I promised myself I would never allow a man to do so,

You shot me through the heart with desire.

Carelessly I let you slither inside my mind,

Your smile melting my heart,

laugh sinking into my soul,

Oh I, the careless fool.
