Footsteps

As the waves subdue a new shore is revealed The winds calm down and past wounds are healed Ahead is a blank slate, a new start No footsteps have been made All of the old ones have been erased There is no time limit to decide what to do To go or not to go, the choice is up to you Left, right, straight or behind Footsteps are made in the blink of an eye Don't forget your old path As you create a new one It had led you here and gave you the confidence to take your new steps No matter which direction you go always know your footsteps can guide you home
