Forbiden Love
Sometimes, when it get's too hard
I feel like i wonna drop that shard.
The one, where is hides,
Where that feeling resides.
But truth is, i don't wonna do that.
I just wonna let it go out.
Let it roam outside, free,
Maybe take a walk along the sea.
But, trust me, it ain't easy
The feeling is uneasy.
When everyone don't approve,
When they all want me to move,
Move somewhere, where there is no you,
But I don't want to see that plan through.
And I don't need cigarettes and alcohol
'Cause when it comes to you I can't say no.
Here, with my head on your lap
I wish to take a long nap.
In the bed, just the two of us, hugging
I promise you, i won't be struggling.
It is those little moments that i adore,
Never felt them like this before.
This might not be love, might be something else
Something that doesn't make any sense.
It freezes my brain and get's me scared,
To nothing that i know it can be compared.
Can't move, it feels like i am in a prison.
Guess i will stay in it for another season.
The blood is shining, but dry,
Like a star in the night sky.
It feels like being stabbed with a knife,
It hurts me more than this life.
Life is like a swing, it goes both ways,
But you must control where it stays.
Wishing you would understand,
That I want You to hold my hand.
I want to make all the pain of the past go away,
So you can live happy every day.
All of your scars i want to make disappear.
I can become your sword and shield to block the fear
The best for you i might not be,
That i can for sure guarantee.
But to struggle i am prepared,
That i have declared.
Our relationship did not being very well,
I was still stuck in my old shell,
From a very high tree i had fell,
And nobody i wanted that much to tell.
None of them know how i feel,
All the pain that i conceal.
Yeah, i am very weak,
And as much i wonna speak,
Something tells me to stop,
So i just drop,
Drop down on the floor,
Lock the god damned door,
Crying, wishing it was just a dream,
Asking for what do i have to redeem.
Even so, i know you can't stay,
But i try the end to delay.
But even if that end comes,
When i have to go back to the slums,
I'd hold to every memory,
All too precious to not hold them all close to me.
They are all so bittersweet,
Like i've somehow missed a beat.
Maybe one day, with one touch,
I'll recall them all back to me.
