FORCE.
I wish...
I wish I could look at a magazine and see me.
I wish I could look at the news and not view skin color.
I wish I could drive down Highway 85 without seeing a homeless person begging for money.
I wish other children would have hope for their future.
I wish suspension rates, prison rates, and black-on-black crimes were lower in the Black Community.
But the truth is...
I only see skinny women in the magazines.
I look on the news and view race crimes.
I drive down Highway 85 seeing homeless people beg for a chance.
I see children who think that they have a hopeless future.
And suspension rates, prison rates and black-on-black crimes are HIGH in the Black Community...
But I'll tell you what I WILL DO.
I will send a message of beauty to every little girl,
No matter her size, skin color, hair length, or imperfections, which are perfections.
I will speak Life into Loving each other no matter the race.
I will create my own shelter for the less fortunate that will not only shelter them for the time being, but it will give them opportunities to become fortunate.
I will walk into every high school and prison in America to speak Against violence and disrespect
And then at the snap of a finger I will speak to Encourage a Brighter Future led by a Valid Dream.
I will walk into every predominately Black Community, school, or any other public facility to speak on Unity that our Ancestors obtained.
Martin Luther King Jr.
Rosa Parks
Nelson Mandela
JFK
Abraham Lincoln
And so many others that we were scared of or that remain Unnamed.
I will make History,
A Change,
And Force this country to step forward to a better Mentality.
