The Forest of Enchantment
From birth you begin your journey through an enchanted forest.
Welcome, step in, explore, enjoy...
The marvels of magical creatures surround you: mischievous little critters bustling about,
The fluttering of wings and tinkling of bells:
Fairies born of a babe's first laughter.
Your hair, a tangled mess of curls and twigs.
Running around playing hide and seek, fitting right in with the fairies and elves, you are perfectly content.
Mother Earth feeds your mind, body, and soul with a symphony of every color imaginable. From reds to blues to purples to greens to brown the masterpiece colors your mind.
Her warmth envelops you as he teaches you of love and fills your colored mind with stories and tales of her previous companions.
She holds your hand, her tender touch spreads through your skin and your touch becomes gentle in return.
Beauty, love, wonder...
As you leave the smooth trail behind you don a warrior's armor and trek into the winding bumpy path. The little critters no longer scatter about but rather prance around in their silken coats and sparkling eyes. But even their shining eyes compare to the radiance of the stars that scatter the moonlit sky.
You no longer fit in with the little pixies and elves, you have long grown taller and more agile. No longer is your hair tangled in twigs but rather Azaleas, Lavenders,Lilacs, Violets, and bluebells are woven into it in an intricate design bye the fairies of the Earth. Their tinkling bells create a trail of music as you travel through the moonlit forest.
Breathe in, exhale, learn,mature,prepare..
All too soon its morning again and the forest seems to stretch on for eternity. It has built a wall of illusion before you blocking your view ahead replacing it with a blinding light.
You walk on uncertain the trail you left behind
Seems more comforting than the unknown void ahead. You stop to listen for the familiar tinkling that had followed you until then but are met with silence.
The only noise you hear is the sound of your heart beating.
Move on,move on, move on...
Don't stop don't stop don't stop
Then as you breathe you feel the ever present warmth of mother earth who filled your mind with rich colors and stories who gave you love and asked for nothing but love in return. You faintly hear the fluttering of wings ahead and so you listen to the beating of your heart just like you have always done and you move on.
