Forever

Remember the first time you knew that you and I were destined to forever. the world beat to a different tune and all eyes were focused on us. we lived to the beat that echoed through our hearts, but as all beautiful things must come to an end, so did the fire and passion of our love, and the thought of forever shriveled away. those eyes that once would burn into min now belonged to someone else. and the lips that once took my breathe away, took someone else's. as I glance your way one last time I realize- I realize that we were not destined to forever. I was destined to forever fall in love with impossible people, and you were just one of thoseveral impossible lovers that stole my heart.
