We can always wish we could live forever

That life would never end

But always does

Right when you least  expect it

Catching you by surprise

Especcially in these trying times

Even if you knew it was coming

It still overtakes and overwhelms you with regret

How your life could’ve been lived

How you could’ve done better

All these questions fetter

If you feel that when your time comes

You won't have done enough

That you might've just made the world more rough

Think about what you did right

That smile you gave

On a rainy day

How you changed the world

No matter how small

And how even in this world so twisted

It mattered so much that you existed
