Forever

Forever

Is what I dream

It will come with a beam

Taste like cream

And wipe like veam

They say it's magic

They say it's tragic

But it's all fabric

Forever

Will forever be a silly wish

A lost fish

On a dish

This scattered nail polish

The rain will drown it in time

The vain will reveal it's line

But people need it to stay alive

To cling and be part of the hive

Someday they'll come to realize

That dreams never come to live
