Forever Intertwined

When you are in need you can count on me,

To always be there to take care of you.

From my heart, I will care for you for free,

No repayment or favor ever due.

My happiness lies in your gentle smile,

And my despair in the tears on your cheek.

I have no satisfaction for a while,

Whenever you are feeling down or weak.

I want the best for you, at any cost.

When you are around, everything makes sense.

Without you in life, I’m confused and lost.

I desire your love, at any expense.

My life and yours, forever intertwined.

No time passes without you on my mind.
