There once was a day

When I thought that things could remain the same

I would have waited forever until you could realize

Your own worth and how strongly I felt

But to this day, I still have to reassure you

And hope that one day you’ll see it too

When it comes to my feelings, which believe me there are many,

Including the ones I have already told

Each day only holds misery and pain as I see your face

And I realize that time is beginning to run out
