Forevermore
You have my heart, spirit and soul. You was the other part of me that made me feel whole. My mind is my own, and not easily tampered .. it is mine I say.. it is immune to your glamour.
I tried to talk, scream, plead, rage and cry. It fell on deaf ears and I will never know why.
The aruging was stupid and childish to you. But did you even care the negative feelings in me that grew?
I tried to explain, to get you to understand. But all you did was give me a wave of your hand.
20 years.. plus a little more.. all that is left are these festering sores.
You left late at night even with me in slumber, and it only took one certain number. It may not be true the actions you shown, but it felt like you tore my heart and you were always gone. The ding of a message the ring of your phone.. Up you jumped, out the door and gone. Nothing may be what it seems, but it caused me to continue to cry, plead and scream.
That part of you that belonged to me was given freely for others to see. So with this is my farethee well ...it is true.. But if you cared we would not be through.
You could have text, called, do what may.. but now what is there left to even say?
Your deeds and needs became a secret; unknown... If only you gave us the chance but now it's is gone.
Although it feels like a chore, I will always Love you..... Forevermore.
