forget this

Eyes like that of an angel mind as vast as the sea...
I was gonna right a poem about your beauty but I give up cuz I know no girl can ever truly love me...
Tried so hard yet to no avail...
My heart wanted a kiss to send it fluttering...
but that was a boat without a sail...
But more than anything i learned to hate due to the lack of love...
I tried to give chances but...
Its time we all learn there's no chance when it comes to love...
Tired of waiting for that fake love...
So I loved myself to be real...
Cuz as I lied in her arms...
she lied to my face...
So I said forget love...
I'll be my own dove...
Become married to my work...
Like some lonely successful "bug"
