Forget It
Nevermind
Forget them, and everything else
I do this for you and you alone
I've only ever bowed at one shrine
Leave me be
Who should expect to understand
I who find movement in your stillness,
the power of the word "she"
It is not plain greed
Ownership defined by ardor
Your care clear, but mind aloof
As if you act on impulse, where is the need?
Just a release
I suppose you've seen it before
Just as the unborn child sees the world
I just appear as ravaged, as a beast
Forget it
Nevermind my devotion left to idle
Leave my awe to stagnate
Call my need for possesion greed
View me through broken glass,
None of this yet matters
Lay me down,
kiss my trembling neck
I will never be all you need,
but take this
A kiss to return the favor,
an attempt to recapture
