Forget-me-nots

Remembering everything Makes forgetting hard Yet society runs from it all Oh how I love the smell of Forget-me-nots Yet; I hate them They make me remember what I want to forget I know i have done wrong God has punished me So don't worry Revenge will not be needed I cannot deny my sins I asked God this questions the other day Why do we remember the bad more than the good? Such negativity drives my beloved mind insane It's like looking at the dead grass and weeds instead of the plans and flowers that are of bloom remembering everything Makes forgetting hard Yet society tends to run from it all
