Forgive
There's this thing called trust that used to come easy,
Not in this world, it's far too sleazy.
One thing I've learned is to forgive,
but never forget.
Learn from your mistakes,
so you'll have no regrets.
Anger and bitterness come easy.
Forgiveness is hard but not cheesy.
Learn to love, and learn to forgive.
If the world was all bitterness,
we would cease to live.
We need peace to survive and trust to live.
So when that someone hurts you,
dont lash out, just forgive.
