Forgive

We live in a world where people hold grudges

People hold onto their own opinions, there are no budges

From forgetting to return a phone call

To countries getting into full-out brawls

We constantly fight over the simplest of things

Forgivness seems like something people just cannot bring

What if we lived in a world where people would always forgive

Instead of keeping our anger so active

Friendships could be remended

And our enemies could be friended

Forgiveness: a key to stopping major conflicts

Because forgiveness makes things simple, not strict

The path to forgiveness isn't to hard

You don't even have to let down your guard

Paitence and calmness is a good start

It can't be one-sided everyone must do their part

We live in a world where people hold grudes

But if people had compassion, their could be some budges
