Forgive to Grow

Dear you,

Sometimes I wish I never met you,

You never really had a name.

I had never found myself to be a quitter,

But sometimes you gotta let things go.

What's the difference between running and escaping?

Escaping your voice but running to your presence.

We were on a one way path, but going in different directions.

Since You, I've never been the same.

Is it too late?

Easy to find time's tombstone.

Sometimes I'm glad I met you,

The stains you left painted a beautiful picture.

Then sometimes I wonder, who left who first?

Or are you really gone and this is all just an illusion?

I guess this explains everything.

But not everything needs an explaintion.

I know now that all I need is faith,

Faith in life, faith in life, faith in myself, and faith in God.

Sometimes I wish I never met you,

But now I know who I am and who you really are.

Sincerely, The one you left behind
