Forgive me

The pain still haunts my memory
My heart slowly breaks
The thought of what we were
The love we had shared
Over and over tears were shed
Fighting and screaming
Back and forth
Hoping it would change
Sinking to this lonely place
I try to forget
I don't try to hard
Losing you kills me
You are the air needed to live
The beating to a heart
I long to hear you again
Having your arms around me
I never meant those things
I wanted to try to save us
I want to tell you
I want you to know
I am sorry
I wish you were here again
I apologize for this
The pain and memories
Wont you believe me again
When I say these words
I love you with all my mind, soul and heart
