Forgiveness

It’s not a celebration of infidelity

More a softness for your deep humanity

The ebb, the flow

That traps us all and sets us free

We all need a place to just be

Loved and undressed

Words enter and they ricochet

Yesterdays spark within tomorrows

The dark, the light

Take a torch among the sorrow

Root out the wisdoms we can borrow

Leave the rest

Wrap your heart in kindness

Adore the bones within the skin you’re born in

The up, the down

Take that prisoner and free them

Gently carry stroke release them

Naked we are blessed
