Forgiving Heart

Everday I wish I could change my heart. Yes you may ask "Why would you change that?", well here is why...it is too kind. Now I know you may think that isn't such a bad thing, but it hurts me especially emtionally. I forgive the people that hurt me most, friends, ex-boyfriends, or even strangers that are just extremely rude. I don't just give them a second chance but several and yet they still find a way to hurt me. I guess I do this because I don't want to feel alone, but bad thing is I let my heart learn how to be a stone. I push people I love away thinking my heart will learn it's way but I just cause us both pain. i want to learn how to balance when to forgive and when not to forgive. And then maybe I won't be so afraid of my heart one day.
