Forgotten

If I have forgotten everything, should I try to remember anything?
When the memories seem to be gone, do I need to go after them?
I can't remember at all.
The days pass like white flashes, the flashes disappear from my mind, and I slowly forget myself.  Since much of my past has been forgotten, what has happened to me?
I CAN'T REMEMBER.
