The Forgotten RIght

                                     The Forgotten Right

We’re taught that our founding fathers gave us natural rights

They fought for them in the middle of the night

If this is so and our government was so bright

Then why are they being stripping for us

Why lied and tried to cover the truth

When we know that there is proof

It says that we have life liberty and the pursuit of happiness

We missed the most important one of all

The forgotten Right

Healthcare

Everyone should be entitled

For most people, healthcare is in the system as a continuous cycle

For me it vital

Being a diabetic at the age of 2 I never knew

That the government could ever be cruel

I’ve never knew that everything that I need; needed to be approved

I’ve never thought that my life would be faced with so many challenges

But instead, I’m wounded and have too many damages

This is the forgotten right

Healthcare

We said that we have life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness

But if this is true then why is this world so restricted

Then why does insurance let me have restrictions

Why do I feel so many afflictions

The past is the past

And the first is the last

Then why is Healthcare seem to the bottom of the political charts

Does everyone not  have a heart

Could we be a little smart

We worried about wars that no one wants to be apart

Listen to me when I say

That people struggle every single day

One day everybody will be happy and we will be on the same page

I won’t have to bark I won’t have to yell

But the world will be changed and I'll feel well

That Healthcare is a right and not a privilege

This is a right and no I’m not finished

38% say Healthcare shouldn’t be the government responsibilities

But 60% says that it should be the government responsibilities and that promise me some security

If we could brighten our eyes and clearly see

Healthcare should be entitled and that we are free

To set the pathways for the generations to come

And when we have a brain and stop acting dumb

We will be able to say

That this is America home of the free land of brave

Healthcare is a right and is just as important as the rest of them

That this form of the government started off small and weak as a little stem

I want us all to remember that Healthcare is a right

That we are a democracy and suppose to shine bright

But we have to remember that Healthcare is a small but important Alright

So remember that every right that you have the government can’t reach

That I stand here before you today and Preach

Healthcare is a right and must be entitled to the small, tall. And the unique
