A Form of Peace
In a life full of wonder
and a head full of thoughts
one can only hope
for a way to express her plot
Curious and nervous
in this life of paths and ways
she takes a deep sharp breath
and refuses to go astray
With pen in hand and book in tact
she begins to release her mind
Onto the pages the ink flows forth
and settles in the lines
Like a cork from a bottle
her ideas start springing out
A bit of smudges and streaks appear
Her story is now clear
Perhaps the ending is not ready
there is still so much to do
but what makes this story special
is that it may relate to you
So keep dreaming and never doubt
the many paths in life
You just may find the answers
within the story you will write
