Forty-Seven Percent

Is that failing?

Better than thirty-eight,

Not as good as fifty.

Should I be discouraged?

No, I will write more.

Use words I’ve never used before.

Maybe you will grade me a four.

Or maybe a one.

Either way,

I won’t be done!

Please tell me how I compare,

But remember, it isn't fair.

I am a hundred percent like me,

And they could never be.
