Foundation

It took us years to build this trust

The cornerstone of our love;

Brick by brick we've gained the strength to rise over and above.

But trust is not the only thing that kept these walls from tumbling;

We needed patience and forgiveness to keep our framework standing.

This foundation is immovable, rooted and secure;

It's because we love each other

That we're still standing here.
