Fountain of Flawless

Girls in magazines look flawless,

Boobs like plump yet they're push-up braless.

But me, no, I'm not going to lie.

I often look in the mirror and sigh.

I'm seventeen and people think that I'm twelve.

They question continuously yet continue to delve.

"Looking young is a blessing" friends and family have said.

To me (at this point) , it's something to die for and dread.

It lets me shock the world when I tell them my knowledge.

That I'm less than a year away from entering college.

I may not be able to go to R-rated movies alone,

But hey I could use that time to get me an ice cream cone.

Ice cream is irrelevant. I'm sorry, my mistake.

This is the crucial point I am trying to make:

Although sometimes I don't want to handle the truth,

I know I am flawless in the Fountain of Youth.
