Four Eyes
I’m lupine for the comforting feeling of love and the simplicity of your embrace.
Why would you ever need him, you’re fine on your own, he’ll only cause more-
More what? Pain, well maybe a little pain in this game will make me sane, and if it doesn’t then maybe it’ll change me. Change me for the better, let me see through four eyes, not just mine, but his too.
Change, change for the better, maybe change so much you’ll look in the mirror and not know who’s standing there. Or maybe he’ll leave you all alone when you need him most and maybe-
And maybe what? Maybe I’ll actually fall for him, want to die for him, need him like an IV drip, and maybe just maybe, he’ll need me.
Of course, he’ll need you, in every way possible, money, gas, and honey best believe I’m going to say sex. So, watch before you fall to see if there’s a staircase there to climb back up, because there’s no promise he’ll be there to clean up the mess of your heart that he’s created.
So maybe there’s a chance we should of never dated...
There you go, you see through my eyes, the reality of it is, you’re alone no matter who’s around.
I’m bound to make mistakes but I don’t think his love is fake, so if I do end up on the ground I’ll just look for that staircase.
