Four Inches Tall

My breasts are large

The buttons and fabric of my shirt strain against them

I am clearly seeking attention

My thighs are wide

The hemline of my dress ends just above my knees

I must want to be ogled at My legs are short

The heels I’m wearing are four inches tall

I definitely need a catcall

My ass is round

The yoga pants I wear make it look bigger

I am wishing for a stranger to slap it

My clothes apparently do the talking for me

“Hello! Look at me!” They say to the man across the street

The man driving past me

The man in the checkout line at Walmart when I’m buying tampons

My clothes must be talking to them

Otherwise, why would I get a response from these men?

“Hey, baby!”

“Lookin’ good!”

“Damn!”

My clothes say I’m every man’s fantasy

Even when I beg not to be

My clothes say I’m asking for it

So loudly, I suppose, that is why my voice cannot be heard above them

Even when I am screaming “NO!”

My clothes say nothing

My breasts are large

The buttons and fabrics of my shirt strain against them

I have trouble finding shirts to fit me

My thighs are wide

The hemline of my dress ends just above my knees

I finally feel confident to wear a dress

My legs are short

The heels I’m wearing are four inches tall

I am tired of people looking down on me

My ass is round

The yoga pants I wear make it look bigger

I just want to be comfortable

My clothes?

They speak for me?
