Fragile Pieces

Fragile Pieces So complicated Nearly unexplainable So many paths to take Choose one Stay or go Make your own trail Or follow others’ Mysterious and unavoidable Friends you make and break Who make and break you Build you up or tear you down Always learning And growing Such awkward times Yet unforgettable When you take the time Step back and observe Our small worlds from The outside in Everything seems so small We are all so much alike Similar experiences and feelings Emotional and penetrable Yet so diverse The Lord works in mysterious ways And I thank you Because you never fail To teach me life changing lessons So don’t worry Step back It’s all going to fall into place To create a beautiful work of art you Fragile Pieces
