Fragmented

Fragmented inert alphabetic, Lying on the frozen ground. When the feeling is hard to explain And the words just can’t be found. My paper is an old ship, about to sink, My pen is longing for the golden ink! Dust, rust; pale and fragile diction, Altered skies and real fiction. Fragmented inert alphabetic, Lying on the frozen ground. When the feeling is hard to explain And the words just can’t be found. I heard the sound of humming bees, I thought about spring and overloaded trees! But… Lonesome clouds, shattered dreams and frugal food. The raven repainted the trees and darkened the wood! Fragmented inert alphabetic, Lying on the frozen ground. When the feeling is hard to explain And the words just can’t be found. Where is the light? O you who see! Tell me! Why couldn't I sail the sea? My feelings blue, Stick on the paper; Like nasty glue! Of changing moods, Is my nature true! Rochdi Bouille May 15, 2013
