Fragrance

I remember the scent you had,

When you first came by,

It smelled of fresh, blooming flowers,

It was almost like the perfume,

The cherry blossom tree gave off,

You took seat on the porch,

You handed me a flower,

And you stayed there until the sun deceased,

Even when I'm utterly distressed,

I feel refreshed and redeemed,

Every time I see you by,

It's like a fresh breath of clear air,

After suffocating from a fire,

I can't imagine life without you,

Stay with me and never let go,

Because you make me feel alive again,
