Freakazoid
Confidence, intelligence, and the occasional snark
add some defiance, courage, humor, also good marks.
Strong, trying to be fearless.
Attempt to remain tearless.
Quiet and self conscious,
But sometimes obnoxious.
Keep straight. Stay good.
Don't make mistakes, do as you should.
I keep an appearance, out of fear of judgment.
But if honesty is needed, it doesn't matter, it doesn't.
Alone in the woods, perhaps on a walk,
this is when my true self and I talk.
Stories and poems, of which I don't normally share,
I'll tell them to my other selves cuz they care.
I'm an LD, a nerd, a geek.
I'm weird, and awkward. A freak.
I'm anxious, sad, proud and afraid.
I'm scared of letting my dreams fade.
If I don't show who I really am, I'll be void.
But if I do, I'll be a freakazoid.
I try to choose, everyday.
Will I act myself, or my fake way?
Something wrong with this poem?
