I long to bask in sunshine’s boundless glow Devine, Pristine, secure in mindless bliss To freely enter natures timeless flow I long to smell sweet freedom in the air Just my luck to stumble far away It brings me on my knees in reverent prayer Hoping for the chance to please my way

Some like it simple, some like it sweet. Either way it goes, I'll still be me. Been rollin' on the river of love for quite some time now, but it seems my boats about to go down. Funny thing is, I'm in here alone, and I'm staring at my reflection, while I contemplate my home. It seems I am alone on this dark rolling sea, which started as a flower, but now is stinging like a bee. My words are not simple, they aren't tranquil, they may be brash, but if you aren't careful you'll find your soul strangled in my clasp.
