Free bird

shes a free bird she hes a few trees while shes  flying but with the soul birds inner strength it can be sure that it will keep on flying it will keep trying to be the best flyer it can be for itself and the other birds will land to observe the true love that lies inside the inner bird

inner bird inner bird don't listen to that sinful voice little bird little bird it's better to make the right choice just trust in trust in your inner voice

soul bird how i love you so much your skin is tough like an alligator the bullets and bombs that attack you won't affect you and soul bird your so loving you can't stand the atmosphere of hate and blaspheming. soul bird you were made to sing before the sun rises and you were made to scout out the land before the other birds awake and soul bird you were created to be you so just be you don't worry about whats posted on Facebook too. just trust in the creator because that is the only maker that will be able to decide the direction your journey goes in but as long as you listen to that soft still voice you can be sure that you will fly in the right direction and make the right choice. I love. I love. That. soft.. still . voice.

I am 23 and im going to live my dream i refuse allow racism or poverty stop go ahead gossip about me about how im being struck by lighning and how i was bit by a pitbull walking one day on my way to school white man don't want me to get my education tell me no everytime i ask a question about why they don't like the color of my skin turning my own people against me dis me few years later you see me on the greatness latter and now you wnat to kiss me pretend to wipe my tears away but by the time you got to me i had no more tears left to shed and i was beaten by the ones close by they call you their family yet they are the main ones that are the ghost of gravity trying to weigh me down with their gravity. i am no longer abused I have made the choice step up my game and change the rules who cares if i have a cricket eye or i drool because in my fathers eyes I'm famous in my fathers eyes I'mm cool and i will walk the nations and take back what no one else could like Harriet Tubman or martin Luther king i am not afraid to lead. I would be a fool to step down off my post. as my black leader would always say we shall overcome some day.
