The hate you give may be
The hate you'll receive
You give what you get,
You get what you give.
So often, this philosophy.
-
And so, molded by hate,
I become what I hate.
Why does this happen?
How does this happen?
Help me to change my thinking, please!
-
To stand up to shout it
May not be the fix.
Fix hate with anger?
To stop hate with hate?
I'm angry-their hate makes me hate!
-
The hate I receive can
Make me aware and
Signal my need to
Stop where hate starts-me!
I can fix hate-I can change me!
-
Today I begin to stop
Ugliness and hate.
Today I speak peace.
Today I behave,
Free from hate's hold; free now to live.
