Free of self judgement

If I was free of self judgement

It would be comical to watch my mind’s madness

Its efforts to turn joys into sadness

making me have to coil to regain my balance

If I was free of self judgement

I would let my stream of thoughts run like background noise

I would exist more in the present moment

Only to pick the mind up for it’s true purpose

A beautiful creative dance of words and magic
