Free ... some or little
1 Corinthians 7:32-33
32 And I want you to be free from concern. An unmarried man is concerned about the things of the Lord, how to please the Lord. 33 But a married man is concerned about the things of the world, how to please his wife …
Free-some Satire
Freely I stand before you with my shackled feet
Words I’ll speak have been programmed in my mind
In whatever I do ... please listen to my pleas
I am a lonely freak ... yes one of every kind
Once I was like you but fell by the wayside
I saw clearly then through my blinded mind
Now I search for truth in my love for a free ride
Still I have to pay dearly in pain and despise
You want me to change and be again like you
from where I tried so hard to escape in the past
How can I rearrange the things I’ve learned to do
as I became a part of the things that won’t last?
