Free verse

She hides behind her entrapment;

Too afraid to admit

Her true chains are inside her.

The enchantress, the tower are all a facade to cover

For her fear of the world outside.

Agoraphobia is what really ensnared her,

Rapunzel could always have left her tower

If her anxieties would have allowed her.
